Every student that participates in the MEME programme with an EU scholarship will be required to sign a student agreement. This agreement defines the obligations that the MEME consortium has to the student, and vice versa. The student agreement contains:
- Obligations of the MEME consortium to the student, such as details regarding the awarding of a diploma, full recognition of all MEME components by all partner universities, implemention and operation of the programme, provision of facilities and administrative support, and payment of the scholarship.
- Obligations of the student to the consortium, such as attendance to the activities, tuition fee payment, and the consequences for not respecting these obligations.
- Participation costs charged to students, what they do and do not cover, and the payment procedure.
The MEME consortium will provide the students that have been selected for a scholarship with an up-to-date version of the student agreement to sign.
